About Keith Smith

I have gained a great deal of sales experience and knowledge in building relationships with clients and potential future clients during my sales career in the last 22 years in Engineering Sales and then the Land and Property sector. Working particularly in Land and Property has allowed me to hone the personal skills required within the face to face environment with people, this along with my engineering apprenticeship training and then spending 14 years in sub-contract mechanical engineering production has given me a strong understanding of following processes as well as working out how to solve production challenges and indeed applying this to sales challenges to find a solution. Incorporating this experience and understanding has served me well and always helped with networking, making good contacts which has given me life-long friends & contacts. I love the outside and the rural scene, having lived in the countryside for nearly 30 years and have a good insight into agriculture through my wife’s extended family who farm. My hobbies and interests include motorsport in particular having always been fascinated with cars of all types and am involved with a local car club as well as the IAM RoadSmart charity organisation.
