I enjoy digging into network problems and using the right people to solve them, i create scale and optimise internal and external supply networks that matter. I focus on delivering key outcomes to help upskill teams and integrate departments-Production and Supply Network Planning-Led Capacity and production planning for three cells improving SLA’s achieved by 12%-Designed and implemented an in house MRP system reducing inventory holding in some cells by 60% and 80%-Implemented CTO (configure to order) system on in one cell, allowing non project sized lead times to be reduced on average of two weeks-Designed a warehouse bin location matrix, then further optimised this to reduce waste within the picking process on key inventory-Implemented new consumable matrix for production, reducing errors down to zero all while reducing stock and standardising the PO process-Designed and implemented a 6S process while creating the building blocks for a lean culture within the company-Integration and digitising of systems within the production and documents department. Formulating dashboards for ease of data sharing with sales and the production team. This reducing comms and de siloed these departments-Integrated strategic suppliers with cloud solutions to streamline the flow of supplier and project updates with the distribution company -Business Owner in the Food Industry-Introduced compostable packaging as part of an Environmental Responsibility Initiative within the business. Reduced landfill waste by 65% Partially development BPI graded packaging for fast food industry with strategic partners in this field-Introduced stock management to minimise food wastage, prevent potential theft and provide accurate margin analysis. This system was also used for production planning to keep all prepared food fresh and to high standard. Purchase orders were also based on this incorporating lead time from suppliers. I enjoy meeting new people and understanding new industry perspectives as you learn more through human interaction than just academia. Being curious and not being afraid to sometimes fail,to find a better way to succeed.
