A significant part of my real estate business is corporate relocation, where I specialize in destination services and international relocations for some of the area's largest tech, biotech, and non-profit institutions. I simplify the complexity and stress of moving to a new location by providing comprehensive and reliable support, guidance, and advice. In addition to being a licensed broker, I am also the owner and operator of Lake Washington Building Inspection, a company that provides comprehensive and reliable inspection services for residential properties. Furthermore, I was a self employed general contractor for many years working with just about every aspect of the home prior to beginning my career in real estate. This gives me an edge in evaluating the condition, quality, and value of any property, as well as advising clients on potential repairs, improvements, or investments.
