About Keith Steiner

Strategic and team focused manager with 15 years of organizational leadership including customer success, leadership development, creating success in ambiguity, and meeting expectations of project deliverables. My project management experience includes expansion of a new donor center site, opening centers to fulfill regulatory standards, capital improvement projects, production and go-to-market of a new blood product, and implementation of regulatory compliance for laboratory devices. My Center of Excellence experience includes 1. Collaboration on designing certification level coursework and case studies. Sharing instructor duties for entry level and certification level project management training. Mentoring and coaching employees assigned to lead department specific projects. I have a MBA with a concentration in operations and analytics management. The graduate program concentration included management science and analytics, strategic innovation, and continuous improvement (lean program management, six sigma program management). Other work experiences included developing and leading group and team systems for over weekly participants and over 100 coaches and leaders. This system development included design for scalability, sustainability, alignment to organizational vision and values, and measurement of quantifiable outcomes. Four vocational words to describe me are: connector, learner, tenacious, and diplomatic. Connector: I like to create the cohesive whole through connecting ideas, objectives, efficiencies, and relationships. Learner: I hit the books, or other resources, to gain understanding Tenacious: Will try many means to find the best results Diplomatic: Often connect and flex to many personalities, and invite them along
