I love the opportunity my career affords me to train, teach, motivate, inspire, hold accountable, serve and have fun. At the moment I divide my time between my sales and teaching other real estate agents how to be more effective in serving their clients “Keith Tarswell began his career in 1980, became a Broker in 1988. Very successful in both residential and commercial sales prior to entering management with Bosley, Keith was asked to open the Danforth Office in 1998 as its non-selling manager. He has since built the office into one of the Company's most supportive and successful branches. Keith is a firm proponent of organized real estate, having served on various TREB, OREA and RECO committees including Ethics, Arbitration, Discipline, Finance, Governance, Insurance and Professional Standards. He served on RECO's Board of Directors for 6 years including two years as Chair. Keith brings his enthusiasm, strong interpersonal skills, broad real estate knowledge and love of teaching and training to his day-to-day activities at the Danforth Office.A staunch believer in continuing education Keith holds a number of professional designations. CRB, RENE, ABR, MVA and SRS. He served as the Director of Education for the Company, organizing classes and courses through the year. He was one of the valued instructors at "Bosley U", the in-depth Company training course for new salespeople. New Bosley agents also enjoyed their weekly one-on-one business development meetings with Keith and, in addition, have the opportunity to be mentored by experienced successful salespeople. Keith wholeheartedly endorses the Bosley philosophy that our agents are our clients and acts accordingly. He knows real estate sales in depth. Keith is known for his great sense of humour and loves sharing his laughter”.
