I try to remain professional and calm at all times in my work, volunteer and private life. My business objectives involve increasing my work colleagues self worth and knowledge whilst giving them every opportunity to climb the ladder. Ultimately, I want my branch to be the number one player in my area and I strive to make sure all customers are satisfied with every order and enquiry I handle whilst making sure all decisions are the right ones. In my volunteer role I take all the reams of information available and convert into saliant understandable impartial knowledge. At home I juggle my work and home commitments to provide a good quality of life and support to my wife and daughter.
