My background is in Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy, however my current work involves characterization of energetic materials. This includes diagnostic development, applied shock physics and detonation science. I have experience with working with high speed cameras, Photonic Doppler Velocimetry (PDV), Python/MATLAB and other novel diagnostic developed in-house. My current research interests are in the fields of applied shock physics, emission spectroscopy in energetics and fluid dynamics.
