About Keith Wacker

With almost 20 years of experience in retail capacity, I am passionate about driving inventory and supply chain decisions that optimize sales, profits, and customer satisfaction. As the Director of Inventory Demand & Deployment at Bath & Body Works, I lead a team of talented professionals that manage inventory for the direct channel, across over skus. I also led the Central Planning function, which collaborates with cross-functional partners to develop and execute promotional strategies, plan reviews, and inventory health assessments. I am motivated by the mission and culture of Bath & Body Works, which values innovation, excellence, and customer obsession. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different roles, categories, and channels throughout my career. In my current role, I am responsible for managing over 250 million units and almost $2 billion in sales volume for the direct channel, which has experienced significant growth and expansion in the past few years. I leverage my skills in forecasting to analyze and optimize inventory levels, turns, and ramp strategies for our fulfillment centers that support significant spikes in peak demand periods. I have also implemented several initiatives that have improved operational efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced customer experience and developing new tools and reports for inventory management. I am proud of the results that my team and I have achieved, and I am always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow.
