About Keith Wayne MacGregor

Beginning part-time in the early 1990s, full time in 2010, Mr. MacGregor successfully served as a consultant to entrepreneurs and executives, helping individuals and companies develop and achieve mission-based life and business milestones - now PT. From 1984 -1989, as President & Owner of Ajax International Marketing (AIM), he successfully solicited and established new manufacturing contracts to exclusively import two products into Canada from Hong Kong and Holland for national distribution into retail hobby stores, grade schools, and Eaton’s Department Stores. During his time with AIM, he was a fundraising committee member of the Durham Family Court Clinic, its core services being assessment, mediation, counseling and psycho-educational programs, pertaining to separation and divorce, child welfare, and youth in conflict with the law. He also participated in fundraising for the Ajax Hospital (now Lakeridge Health, Ajax and Pickering), contributing to its campaign for building expansion. Mr. MacGregor’s experience in film, television and radio includes various minor and miscellaneous production roles as well as being an actor, writer, television host, and radio announcer. He raised funds for and managed budgets for bridge financing of USD2M+. Keith moved from Ontario, Canada to Santa Fe, New Mexico, U.S.A. in September 2002, and naturalized in October 2013 to become a dual citizen. He is the full-time principal manager of Diversified Global Media Fund LLC. Since the 1980s, Mr. MacGregor has developed long-standing relationships with experienced writers, producers and leading global licensing principals, which are strategic to financing and licensing film & television properties for production, manufacturing, and retail distribution to all manner of merchandise & promotions for multinational marketplaces. In June 2022, Keith faced false accusations of child abuse, but the charges were swiftly dismissed, and the case was closed. He is now an advocate and co-founder of The False Accusations Prevention Network, a nonprofit organization providing statewide resources for legal and therapeutic support to adult survivors who were coerced as children into making false allegations against family members, other adults, the falsely accused and their accusers. This form of emotional and psychological child abuse is often overlooked in the U.S. and Canada. The False Allegations Prevention Network believes that with awareness, legal reform, and a deep societal commitment to mutual personal growth and understanding, all can heal and prevent future tragedies.
