About Keith Witt

As a Director with Willis Towers Watson's Health and Group Benefits practice, I serve as the lead consultant on a number of clients. In this capacity, I assist employers with developing and implementing their strategic directives with regard to their employee benefit offerings. I joined Willis Towers Watson (previously, Towers Perrin) in as a financial analyst and have grown into my current role as a Director in the Health & Benefits line of business. Throughout my time at Willis Towers Watson, I have assisted clients with: strategic planning, compliance assistance, management and implementation of Health Care Reform mandates, vendor marketing, developing, analyzing and summarizing RFPs (Request for Proposals), developing annual budgets and IBNR reserves, renewals, plan benchmarking, etc. In addition to my role as a Director, I also serve as a people manager and workflow coordinator for our team. My growth objectives are to continue broadening my knowledge of the employee benefit industry to best serve my clients' needs and develop new business relationships within the Denver marketplace.
