About Keith Yarnell

I am an successful Chief Information and Technology Officer, Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, and a Developer/Software Architect. I bring over 37 years of experience in these roles in companies in which I am a Founding Partner. I am based in Chicago, IL and Charlotte, NC. I am an expert in leveraging legacy systems and procedures while producing new state-of-the-art systems that provide new required features without business disruption. I thrive in managing small to medium sized IT teams driving high-result environments and enjoy the challenge of designing and developing highly cost-efficient, feature-rich industry-specific software that provides insight and automation without sacrificing the human spark that lifts companies to the top of their business segment. My responsibilities as a Partner and Chief Officer of the company include software development, IT management, and compliance responsibilities as well as general management. In recent years I have sat on advisory boards and occasionally done public speaking engagements. My experience includes over 17 years with a national financial services company providing repossession and recovery services to major financial institutions. The company was driven by a fully integrated software suite that I designed and wrote, which currently manages over 80K active orders and serviced 500+ active users across several locations nationwide. Prior, I worked for over 20 years as the CIO of a mid-sized lender in South Florida, where the software systems that I designed were used to bring to our underwriting and collections centers a fully telephony-enabled and integrated desktop environment which was used to underwrite and collect on a portfolio of loans which, at peak, was over $120 million dollars. My outside interests include raising two amazing kids, riding my Harley and boating, and I am proud to be a licensed United States Private Pilot and a lifetime member of AOPA and EAA.
