I'm a photographer and filmmaker with a Bachelor's Degree in Film and Video from Georgia State University, passionate about creating visual stories that inspire thought and interpretation. My work is driven by a desire to explore the human experience and convey raw, authentic emotion through photography and film. Inspired by legendary figures like Oscar Micheaux, Gordon Parks, Steven Spielberg, Spike Lee, and Stanley Kubrick, I aim to blend timeless techniques with fresh perspectives to create impactful art. Throughout my career, I've worked in a variety of creative environments, which has honed my adaptability and professionalism. I’m proficient in using Nikon, Sony, and Canon products, with a preference for Canon due to its ability to capture rich tones with precision. In addition, I’m experienced with industry-standard editing software, including Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut, and Celtx. Beyond visual storytelling, I've been published in poetry and creative writing, believing in the power of multiple forms of expression. My positive attitude, strong communication skills, and dedication to translating client visions into reality allow me to collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality work. As I continue my journey as a photographer and filmmaker, I’m eager to take on new challenges, develop my skill set, and make a difference through creative storytelling.
