About Keivan Hamidian

The best thing I know of and that drives me is personal and collegial development, to constantly being exposed to new challenges and overcoming them, most attractive to me are challenges where I can fail which keeps my searching for solutions. These are my main reasons for have both a broad experience in numerous fields but also possess deep expertise in certain areas. My biggest strength is working in business strategy in smaller/start-up organizations where the owners have an active or semi-active role. My biggest expertise is in Swedish bloc associations. My ambition and the joy of developing is what drives me every day! I have more than a decade,+13 years, of solid experience from bloc associations/small - midsized companies/start-ups in budgeting/financing/accounting, business development and analysis, marketing planning and execution and most importantly experience of making organizations produce healthy and sustainable growth! All of the mentioned experiences are from a board perspective that required tenacity and the ability to coordinate and make all the needs of the organizations to cooperate in tandem together with the interest of different stakeholders. I also have +10 years of experience of government agency work with experience from the higher education sector where the focus have been on evaluation, project management, IT/software development as much as having led to me having excellent interpersonal skills and greatly developed presentation techniques. All of these experiences have been developed through my broad education background where I have degrees from the fields of humanities, social sciences and business (major). These education and degrees have all helped me to be very efficient in knowledge gathering and analysis of data as well as developing the skills to compile and present the conclusion in a practical and useful manner.
