My passionate is motivating others through my own personal transformation with the aim to move forward. Coaching allows me to tap into my natural gift of communication and listening skills which I have served for over 14 years in Client Relations and Marketing working for various industries in corporate sectors such as banking, legal, and business. My coaching approach is holistic and aims to empower my clients to become the expert of their own bodies, mind, and soul by overcoming challenges and committing to action to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I believe growing both personally and professionally is essential for everyone. With growth comes learning which requires action and this takes place through coaching. I have learned to create a safe and yet challenging space through my unique coaching style. My Health & Wellness programs are suited for both individuals and small groups and the programs are designed with the intention of improving and maintaining health and wellness through addressing lifestyle factors such as nutrition, exercise, stress, and habit formation by overcoming barriers.
