Detailed Job Description: 2.5 Years of Experience in the Construction Industry -Worked closely with the Project Manager throughout the duration of the Project, starting with early involvement like Pre-Bid, Prequalification & Post-Bid. I worked on the Submittal Registry at the Start of the Project using the Project Management Software Constructware to complete all Submittals, RFIs, Meeting Minutes, Transmittals, Cost Events, throughout the Project etc-Worked with Bluebeam for all PDF markup, Plan & Spec Hyperlinking, Takeoffs, Document Viewing, Slipsheet, OCR, etc-Worked closely with both of my Superintendents in subcontractor coordination, safety enforcement, weekly labor to help the Project, Cleaning, using the iPad BIM 360 Field for Project Photos & Punch List/Field Issues, Site Lock-up & Security etc-Started the Project Closeout Process 5 months prior to the completion of the Project for both sites & was able to be fully Closed Out with all Warranties, O & Ms, Test Reports, As-Builts, Attic Stock, Owner Training & much more prior to Substantial Completion. Event Center Project: This Project ran simultaneously with the Construction of a new Aquatics Complex & I was the Project Engineer for both Projects from Pre-Bid Startup to the Completion of Closeout. This Project was a Lease-LeaseBack including a team of 1 PM, 1 PE & 2 Superintendents. Project Description: Edgewood Event Center is a large Performance center new construction with a Stage, Dressing Rooms, Restrooms & a Large MPR/Audience Seating Area. In addition there is a back portion of the building behind the stage which includes a Dance Studio, Theater Design, Video Production & Game Design Classrooms. The District added the Full Remod of their School Administration Building which is adjacent to the Project, also adding a new Front Entrance to the School. Aquatics Complex Project: This Project is held under the same contract & utilizes the same subcontractors as the Event Center, however the Architect & Engineers are different. Project Description: Aquatics Sports Complex new construction to tie-in the Football Field built in 2016. The Project included demolition of the old WCUSD Pool Complex. The Pool itself is an olympic sized Gal Myrtha Pool Construction surrounded by a large pool deck. The buildings are made up of CMU with Metal Stud Framing. The Project rooms held Restrooms for Pool Deck & Field, Locker Rooms, Ticket/Concession Building, Weight Room/Kinesiology Rooms, & a Pool Equipment Room. Over the Pool Deck are large Steel Canopies with Solar Panels used for Pool Heating.
