Self-motivated and always aim to excel in anything handed to me. An asset that employs a vast array of knowledge and communication skills to meet client and company needs. In my current position as a supervisor, I take pride in the work that my team does and make sure that they have pride in their work as well. I am very open and encourage my team to come to me with anything that is bothering them. I believe that a team thrives on positive reinforcement - but also being able to bring up problems that arise throughout the workday. We are all at work the majority of our waking hours. Everyone needs a job to survive in society so why not make that job as welcoming as possible? I feel my team works harder and strives for greatness because of the support that I put behind them. This also allows them to feel more comfortable talking to me when an issue does arise (we're all human so we know it will). My favorite thing about my current position is the people I work with and supervise. I have built a strong rapport with them and, because of that, we’re able to accurately support the company’s need someone. The job is demanding and every day is something new. I have helped develop a team that is confident in their work, open about their struggles, and motivated to do better every day.
