I’m a versatile and solutions-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of business operations, administration, and partnerships. At a growing health and wellness startup, I’ve become the backbone of daily operations — managing everything from event logistics and influencer campaigns to compliance, inventory, sales fulfillment, and executive support. With a hands-on approach and a strong bias for action, I step in wherever needed to keep things moving efficiently and intentionally. My role requires adaptability, initiative, and cross-functional coordination — especially in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. I hold a First-Class Degree in International Finance and Banking from Botswana Accountancy College, and I co-founded a financial literacy society to empower peers with practical knowledge. I’m also an active member of the Global Shapers Community (Gaborone Hub), where I focus on human rights advocacy, particularly within the gender-based violence (GBV) space. I’m now looking to bring my experience and energy into roles that value structure, ownership, and human-centered problem solving.
