About Kelin Shaw

My background is in both hospitality and operations management and I was lucky enough to transition recently to a learning and development role, by consistently delivering best practice results through my team. It has been a personal goal of mine to move into this kind of leadership and I really enjoy it. My expertise in project management, cross-functional collaborations and improving customer and team member experience was most recently recognized by a Q1 2023 Employee of the Quarter Award and nomination and acceptance to the Ascend Leadership Program at Oakwood Homes. I'm passionate about equity, inclusion, the environment and healthcare. In my work life I find the most joy in helping others succeed and grow, which is why I'm currently transitioning my career to the learning, development and onboarding track. With a strong foundation in Salesforce and CRM systems, I have cultivated a team environment that thrives on accountability and process adherence. I have experience with Articulate, Absorb, Scribe and Canva, Fieldpoint, Kova, Salesforce, Delphi and Smartsheet.
