In my most recent role as a construction estimator at Blackjack Horticulture, Inc, I streamlined the operations and processes of the estimating department, resulting in increased efficiency and accuracy. I also managed customer relationships and contracts, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Additionally, I trained and developed new hires and interns, sharing my insights and best practices.
