WHAT I DO: I inspire and motivate people to be more engaged with what they do and how they do it. My leadership style is to be actively engaged with caregivers to help them reach their maximum potential. I develop supportive and trusting work environments where all feel comfortable to share their thoughts regardless of title. Then empower, support, and advocate for their needs so barriers are removed for fulfilling work. WHY IT MATTERS: People need to make a personal connection with what they do. I help to bridge that gap. With the support, empowerment, and freedom to discover our own passions and desires we operate at higher levels of productivity and engagement. Ultimately creating a healthier culture where top notch healthcare caregivers are drawn to and want to work. Resulting in a team that delivers cost-effective compassionate quality care to our communities.
