As your Group Health Insurance Benefits Consultant for TN, OH and KY, I have over 25 years of experience in the financial industry and 7+ in Employee Benefits. I enjoy partnering with business owners and those responsible for choosing benefits for their employees that are attractive, affordable and cost effective. Every business is unique and I am dedicated, accessible and proactive in serving the needs of my clients. Good benefits are vital to recruiting and retaining good employees and the company’s overall growth. We make enrollments easy with our Benefits Administration system. Our WIN (When In Need) Team advocate for your employees and help to resolve their questions and concerns. I enjoy educating employees on using their benefits which helps to keep claims experience low and your renewals lower. I have a strong business network which allows me to connect my clients to the right people and resources to help the grow their business. When not working, I enjoy volunteering with numerous non-profits, traveling, concerts, festivals and enjoying the outdoors.
