About Kelley Cloud

I am the President and Founder of Empresa Consulting, a company that provides fractional or project-based business consulting services to entrepreneurs and small to medium sized businesses. I have over 30 years of experience in corporate and strategic planning, administration and development, operations, contract negotiations and administration, and closing complex transactions. My mission is to help my clients focus on growing and running their businesses, by offering them practical, service-oriented, yet innovative and visionary solutions. I work with clients across various industries, such as restaurant, energy, and real estate, and I have expertise in restructuring, repositioning, turnarounds, investor relations, due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and real estate development. Some of my recent key accomplishments include leading a multi-unit restaurant group through the pandemic, renegotiating numerous commercial leases and debt facilities, creating governance documents for a multi-site energy project, completed development documents for a mixed-use residential/retail/multi-family project. I also provide operational and board services for several non-profit organizations, and volunteer as Assistant District Director - for SCORE in the Central/South Texas District and Secretary/Treasurer for The Generous Horse Project.
