Very knowledgeable in all areas of telecommunications, including network operations maintenance and management, quality assurance, P&L, system migrations, provisioning and sales engineering. Recently managed a nationwide VoIP rollout using Cisco Call Managers and Unity voicemail servers. Very strong technical background in network routing, including troubleshooting between PSTN and PRI's with CPE equipment, T1/PRI's, DS3's DID/DOD, VoIP, Class 5 carrier switching, ADPCM equipment and lite spans/channel banks.
