I have successfully delivered multiple projects for clients across various industries, such as healthcare, education, finance, and retail, increasing their customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.I hold an associate's degree from Austin Community College, and I am passionate about learning new skills and staying updated on the trends and innovations in the customer experience and contact center fields.
