With over seven years of experience as an account executive at Avtex Solutions, I have developed a strong expertise in customer experience strategy, contact center solutions, customer intelligence, business productivity, and app development. I have successfully delivered multiple projects for clients across various industries, such as healthcare, education, finance, and retail, increasing their customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. I hold an associate's degree from Austin Community College, and I am passionate about learning new skills and staying updated on the trends and innovations in the customer experience and contact center fields.
