About Kelley Kaiser

Experienced social worker for the past 18 years, initially beginning in Long term care and transitioning to community based services. I've moonlighted as a hospice social worker for a year and a half but my most of my experience has been at the United Way directly for the Area Agency on Aging of Tarrant County. I work in the Aging and Disability Resource Center assisting consumers with housing issues and other complex needs for persons with disabilities and their caregivers. I also have event planning experience with other organizations for a 200 person event held yearly from 2014-2020. I have experience in small group presentations and have networks with several coalitions, committees and organizations in the area. As a disabled professional social worker, I have also been a consultant for many organizations and professionals on hearing impaired issues, social engagement for persons with disabilities and bringing a personal perspective to my work in helping others. I truly enjoy helping others understand empowerment and pushing past the "I can't" and pushing toward "I can". I am extremely committed to advance aging and disabled issues in Tarrant County Fort Worth area.#LiveUnited My current role at the ADRC (Aging and Disability Resource Center of Tarrant County) Housing Navigator and Service Navigator allows me to assist individuals, organizations, professionals and city and local governments with understanding low income individual need. I carry my own caseload of housing consumers and also assist with providing program support services to older adults in Tarrant County.
