About Kelley Moss

As an account manager, I manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the landscaping industry. I use my skills in customer relationship management and operations management to deliver high-quality service, ensure customer satisfaction, and generate new business opportunities. I have almost five years of experience in the field, having previously worked as an Operations Manager at The Plant Lady, a local interior plantscaping company, where I oversaw the daily operations, new design/install and staff. We provided clients with high end holiday decor as well! I hold a bachelor's degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where I developed my love for human interaction and understanding of the complexities of society. I am passionate about plants, design, sustainability, and customer service, and I strive to create beautiful and functional outdoor and indoor spaces.
