Since 2017, Kelli Crouch has spearheaded ResortBrokers’ expansion in South Australia and the Northern Territory, having sold 49 assets/businesses with a combined worth of more than $156 million. In the last financial year alone, she settled more than 18 transactions. Kelli’s impressive sales record was recognised with two ResortBrokers’ awards for FY23: Broker of the Year and Top Volume Broker. Her notable sales in FY23 include the freehold going concerns of Presidential Accommodation & Suites in Mount Gambier, Timber Creek Hotel & Caravan Park, Alexander Motel Whyalla, Kingsley Motel & Cabernet Restaurant in Manjimup, Bompas of Beachport and Bonnies of Beachport, Mud Hut Motel in Coober Pedy and Country Roads Motor Inn in Naracoote, as well as the passive freeholds of Wallaroo Beachfront Tourist Park and Mirambeena Motel in Whyalla. A true industry all-rounder, Kelli works confidently across all asset types — from small leases to large freehold going concerns — and all asset classes from caravan parks to hotels, motels and roadhouses. “The nice thing about my patch is that it’s not just caravan parks or motels or leases,” says Kelli. “We’re spread across all asset classes and we’re spread across scale as well.
