Experienced in refinery strategic maintenance and reliability and operational support. I've spent 17 years in the refining industry continuously learning new skills, gaining experience, and working to improve all aspects to ensure I leave a positive lasting impression on everything I touch. I enjoy spending 2-3 years on assignments gaining understanding and working to find areas for improvement from tweaking functioning areas to completely restructuring to make large changes. I have the energy to be an advocate for change and getting alignment with teams as we work through the changes. I look for challenging assignments that keeps you learning new things and staying challenged. I am a direct leader that continuously coaches empowering my team to embark on new challenges. As a senior leader, I have a strong organizational talent. I can manage numerous items, prioritizing and facilitating them to meet deadlines and ensure jobs don't stall. I can manage emergencies while not dropping the routine jobs that also must continue. I enjoy a large level of ownership with the ability to influence improvement across the organization. Staying challenged is what makes jobs enjoyable for me. I always look forward to finding opportunities to keep moving forward.
