Responsible for 42 branches meeting CRA lending goals in business development. Coaching branch staff to help business owners expand their businesses and achieve their short- and long-term financial goals through a complete analysis of their business and proper lending products. Products can range from business credit cards, business lines of credit, credit cards, treasury management solutions, or SBA loans. As an experienced Business Development Manager, I'm the catalyst to distributing business lending products and services of 42 branches throughout the Central NJ market and with a specialized focus on LMI (Low to Moderate Income) business clients, coaching bank managers to stay connected to the process of the applications to ensure the 5-star client experience. A business owner never sleeps, and the same goes for a Business Development Manager. Once the product is closed, and the business owner can purchase additional inventory, hire other employees, have extra cash flow, or construct the new expansion, I did my job.
