About Kelli Layton

I believe that Customer Service should be your number one priority no matter what your position is in a company. Although, we are becoming a technology driven world there isn't an app out there that can replace human interaction. I am in the minority of people who prefer an in office position vs work from home for that exact reason. The remote option is nice for unforeseeable events just not something I prefer daily. I am a problem solver & a problem preventer. I want to find out why not to put blame on anyone but to prevent it from happening again. The less errors, the less money & time wasted which in turn makes for a happy customer. Of course - it also makes for a more profitable business and that is always goals. Team work is something I thrive on. Especially with the group I work with. I like to place people where they shine but also give them a slight push out of their comfort zone to support growth. Seeing others succeed is just as important to me as my own success - because that's what good leaders do. They create new leaders.
