About Kelli Legrande

Strategic creative, fueled by adventure and a passion for making a positive impact. I thrive in the unknown, leading boldly with empathy and grit. I drive impactful, data-driven marketing campaigns that elevate digital engagement, brand visibility, and cross-functional alignment. With experience across nonprofit and for-profit sectors, I specialize in integrated marketing, donor relations, brand management, and strategic partnerships. My approach blends creativity with analytics to foster meaningful stakeholder relationships, manage complex projects, and deliver innovative solutions that drive engagement and revenue growth. As a people leader, I’m passionate about building a sense of belonging and helping my team discover their strengths, empowering them to carve out their niche and flourish. Together, we create memorable experiences and compelling narratives for high-net-worth donors, corporate partners, and digital audiences. My work spans strategic partnerships, media relations, major global events hospitality, and crafting donor-centric content that resonates across platforms and inspires giving. Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring the mountains (by foot and skis), reading on a beach, front row at concerts, or discovering the best specialty coffee roasters in a new city.
