I have been an associate with Publix Supermarkets since November of 2010. I was hired as a front-service clerk, became a cashier, worked as a customer service staff, and was made full-time after switching to the grocery department in May 2017. In November 2017, I had the official job class of grocery replenishment specialist, though I had been acting in that capacity since about July 2017. I worked low velocity from May 2017 to December 2017, high velocity from January 2018 to April 2018, and the dairy subdepartment from May 2018 to September 2018. Since then, I have ctually made the switch back to customer service as a part time customer service staff due to it being a better fit for my current schedule and lifestyle at home. It is my hope that with the experience I already have and will continue to gain, I will eventually be able to move into management positions within either a store or in the corporate setting. In 2015, I graduated with my bachelor's in business management at USF.
