Experience has taught me that simply “doing” is not enough—we must be leading, continuing to learn, optimize, and evolve to support the efficacy and success we’re after. I operate at the intersection of strategy and sustainability—taking ownership of key, mission-critical decisions, identifying and mitigating risks, and supporting logistical planning, coordination, and execution in project, program, and operational spaces. With nearly two decades of experience, I have established an approach to business development, strategy, and management that maximizes productivity, performance, and profitability—setting tangible priorities, identifying and mitigating risks, and juggling evolving requirements in a highly competitive, niche market. Over the past nine years, I’ve dedicated myself to advancing the growth and development of a multi-million-dollar hospitality division with a large and diverse team—overseeing training and development, policy and procedural compliance, budget planning and allocation, human resources, and customer service. As the Director of Operations for the National Conference Center’s hotel division, I’ve been responsible for liaising with public and private sector clients, administering multi-million dollar contracts, and delivering major capital expenditure projects. I am zealous, resourceful, and results-oriented with an ability to push my teams to achieve goals and exceed targets by fully engaging process-level strategy, establishing meaningful relationships, optimizing workforce capabilities, and employing a data-driven approach to management that delivers measurable results.
