I achieve outstanding results in organizational growth by collaborating on strategies for successful fundraising efforts and streamlined processes. Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career: Leading change and process improvement as the first-ever Chief of Staff for Georgetown athletics, streamlining processes, driving interdepartmental problem-solving, and developing solutions based on available resources to fill gaps and design high-level executive support strategies. Elevating operational efficiency and productivity, driving growth, and aligning senior administrators and executives with strategic planning by partnering with director to fully restructure leadership teams and improve communication. Increasing department funding from $8M to $12M, by collaborating closely with the development team to create highly effective strategies for identifying fundraising priorities.
