My name is Kelli Penner (she/her) and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked with a wide range of clients throughout my 15 years as a therapist. While I have experience working with all ages and populations, I particularly enjoy helping adolescents and younger adults as they go through the process of developing their personal identity. This experience can include uncovering and better understanding one's self internally, socially, intellectually, spiritually, sexually, and more. It also often means addressing symptoms of depression and anxiety that go along with this stage of life. While much of my early training was in working with children and adolescents, I believe that when any one of us is struggling, we are often functioning from a younger part of ourselves. My training in deeply understanding the earlier stages of life has greatly benefitted adult and couples clients as well.
