Work with individuals with disabilities on vocational skills and job development with the goal being to obtain and maintain community based employment. Provide job coaching, training, and assessments of job skills and individual's abilities. Case management involving professional and accurate verbal and written communication between employers, social workers, families, legal guardians, conservators, Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, and agency contacts. Work as part of a team, and independently to efficiently manage time, and use work experience and to implement plans, and accomplish goals. Function effectively in a fast paced, diverse, and team environment. Facilitate and participate in supervisory training in regards to working effectively with individuals with disabilities.
