About Kelli Rugless

At Project HEAL, our focus is on breaking down barriers to eating disorder healing for those who struggle the most. This work allows me to exercise my clinical expertise as a licensed psychologist with my personal passion of ensuraing that folks from marginalized communities have access to mental health care. As the owner of Flourish Psychology Co, I also dedicate myself to the well-being of today's women, at all stages of life: from navigating adolescent hurdles to embracing the transition to an empty nest. My educational foundation in Biopsychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, underpins my holistic approach to treatment, ensuring that every strategy is rooted in solid science with a profound understanding of the biopsychosocial model. Fluent in Spanish, I am committed to culturally sensitive practice, particularly in supporting women of color as they manage racial and cultural stress.
