About Kelli Veach

I’ve always believed that work should be more than just a paycheck—it should be a place where people feel connected, valued, and excited to show up (even when “showing up” means logging in remotely). At TrueML, I bring that vision to life by designing and executing programs that make work feel more human. Whether it’s creating meaningful ways for employees to engage, strengthening our onboarding experience, or championing initiatives that foster belonging, I take pride in building a culture where people thrive. With a strong mix of strategy and execution, I manage multiple employee experience initiatives, balancing the big picture with the details that make all the difference. From launching company-wide engagement efforts to collaborating with leadership on ways to strengthen our remote culture, I love taking an idea and turning it into something that has real impact. Before TrueML, I co-founded Shaka, a startup dedicated to helping remote teams build stronger connections. I led customer engagement, increased active usership by 250%, and helped secure funding through the highly selective Techstars Anywhere Accelerator (1% acceptance rate). Prior to that, I built my HR and client experience foundation at Lockton, where I worked alongside benefits leaders to navigate complex employer solutions in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Outside of work, you’ll find me running, strength training, paddleboarding with my Irish Doodle (Finnegan), or getting lost in a good historical fiction book. I’m also teaching myself to crochet (progress is questionable, but enthusiasm is high!). And while I love to travel, my favorite destination will always be back home to Kansas to see my family.
