About Kelliann Cooper

Fascinated by the science and art behind coordinating events and ecstatic to call this passion my career. With an artist mother and an engineer father, I often naturally exercise both the right and the left sides of my brain in everything I do. Currently coordinating events at Bent Tree Country Club in northern Dallas area. I have also gained valuable event industry experience and skills throughout my semester-long internship at CSI Boston as the Event Associate, as well as at my internship Consider It Done Special Events as an event planning assistant. I have also interned with The Meet Guide as the marketing manager and assistant, and I had an internship at the Stonehedge Hotel & Spa on the events response team and as a guest services representative at the front desk. My college education has excelled my knowledge and skills in the industry, as I earned my bachelor’s degree in Hospitality (Event) Management. I also minored understand Communications and Business Administration. As a current member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI Dallas/FW), I attend association educational meetings and events to stay updated on current industry knowledge and trends. Due to the pandemic, I am now a former member of International Live Events Association (ILEA), and PCMA (Professional Convention Management Association).
