I started my journey with Fexco in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative and have continuously grown into my current leadership role. Through dedication and a focus on enhancing my skills, I've built strong foundations in time management, team coaching, and client communication. In my role, I excel at presenting to clients and maintaining effective communication with both my team and stakeholders. Achieving KPIs and ensuring high-quality performance are central to my approach, ensuring both client satisfaction and my team’s success.
