As a professional communicator and lifelong learner with experience in fundraising and relationship building, I understand the importance of authenticity, connectivity, and clear, honest communication at every level of an organization. I am passionate about education, and personal and professional development and love cheering on those in the trenches of their own journey to better. Earning my Master’s Degree in Professional Communication has equipped me with a refined skill set that lends itself to organizational communication, presentational speaking, team building and facilitation, visual communication, business development, and strategic problem-solving. I understand social media strategies and best practices for a variety of industries and have gained a better understanding of the impact of SM on the relationships between society, organizations, and commerce. I understand and can evaluate successful strategic communication campaigns in creating effective strategic communication plans, goals, strategies, and tactics. I have studied the practical application of design, composition, layout, typography, and production techniques in visual messaging. Specifically focusing on how to get communication messages across to others in a visually appealing and effective manner. Personally, I am energetic, I love to travel with my family, play pickleball and watch football. I am an audiobook, podcast listening mom of three who can’t get enough chocolate or Dr. Pepper Zero.
