I have experience in adapting to and working with multiple cultures that spans Europe, Asia and Trans-Tasman borders, facilitating large-scale transformation agendas to achieve ambitious growth targets, revolutionising the way teams engage and connect with clients. I have un-paralleled depth and breadth of industry experience in professional services (including Financial Services, Engineering, Quality Certification and Training Consulting); alongside experience in manufacturing, resources/mining, utilities and energy sectors, not-for-profits and Retail. I have further been responsible for large revenue portfolios with P&L accountability and managing large international teams. I am deeply passionate about high performing teams and creating leaders within teams that drive collaboration and excellence.
