About Kellie Gallant

My philosophy and approach – “There is always something to learn and you can learn anything”. My intellectual curiosity drives me to be a lifelong learner; always reading, researching and absorbing as much information as I can. I have enjoyed many successful positions throughout my career, wore many different hats and worked with many stakeholders/executives building up teams, developing departments and working tirelessly on creating and improving on the efficiencies of our policies, procedures and how we work. I have a unique ability to manage multi roles and positions and to navigate complex challenges. But actual experience has taught me that my professional values in terms of helping a company boils down to this- I can create, scale and optimize KPIs, work policies/procedures (SOPs) and training material: o I have lots of ideas (big and small); lots of people have ideas. Execution is what matters and I do execution o I put the customer at the center of all that I do, whether that customer is internal or external - I can grow a highly productive and successful team: o I love to succeed but ensuring the team succeeds give me greater joy and motivation o I always provide challenges that motivates and grow o The buck always stops with me - Continuously educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person: o I never settle; thus, I am always learning and growing o I am the calm one when faced with challenges and adversity; I run toward fires o I focus on making high-quality decisions always keeping in mind the Company’s values and success I love travelling and learning about new cultures and meeting new people. I relish the healthier side of life and enjoy discussing the benefits of exercise and eating right (with the occasional “cheat” on the weekends).
