About Kellie Gibson

After starting out as an Auditor and continuing for 20+ years as an Accountant/Finance Manager working in many financial disciplines, I found myself supporting teams to effectively write and implement policies and communicate with our Board, resulting in a natural transition into the Corporate Secretary and Governance arena. My years in financial leadership saw me managing other areas such as procurement, portfolio management, debt management, asset valuation, compliance and performance reporting, all of which further contribute to my current objective to support our Board, Committees and Executive Leadership team by delivering relevant, strategic information. I am highly committed to quality and pride myself on upholding integrity, accountability and ethical standards in all aspects of work and decision-making. I grew up in a farming community in North Central Victoria and have called Bendigo home for most of my life. I have a deeply personal interest in achieving social and local outcomes for our beautiful region.
