My goal and what I strive for is to help each person achieve his/her personal health and wellness goals through clinical massage therapy. Deep Tissue, Cupping, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, and Trigger Point Therapy are just a few modalities to name that help alleviate pain, improve flexibility, break apart scar tissue, and overall decrease stress and tension. I believe each person carries stress and pain differently; therefore, each treatment is customized based on your individual needs.
