About Kellie Neff

I have worked in a Ground Ambulance unit for a Combat Support Hospital with a specific mission focused on MASCAL, emergency medical treatment, triage and HAZMAT reaction and preparedness. I have extensive leadership experience as a squad leader managing seven Soldiers under me and at times up to sixty Soldiers. I served as the Medical Supply NCOIC and managed over $25 thousand dollars worth of equipment, while also training numerous Soldiers and civilians in Combat Life-support (CLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Neucleare and Explosives (CBRNE). Through my experience as a medic in the U.S. Army I have found that my professional work ethic is based on loyalty to the mission of patient care, mutual respect and integrity. I have gained strengths in critical thinking and decision making skills, the resiliency needed to work with high stress situations and improvement of my attention to detail with situational awareness. I am levelheaded and always receptive to professional criticism to improve on weaknesses for future growth. I'm firm in my choices made, however, I am open minded for solutions that can improve the completion or flow of tasks at hand, while also not being afraid to take a step back and allowing someone else to take lead when the situation fits.
