I am a recent graduate of the University of Delaware in which I studied Health Behavior Science as my major & minored in Health, Physical Activity and Disability. I am also a Health & Wellness Coach via Herbalife, the #1 global nutrition & weight loss company in the world. We promote healthy living & active lifestyles by individual one- on- one client consolation diet & exercise planning and by use the many products Herbalife provides in many different areas & aspects of healthier living to bettering & prolonging ones health & wellness. I change lives, better lives and live to encourage & motivate others to work toward their goals in order to achieve a happier & healthier lifestyle. I want to inspire people. I want someone to look at me & say "because of you, I didn't give up". That is my goal. If I've done one thing at all throughout my day by helping or motivating other, I feel as though my day has been accomplished. Fitness is not a destination, it is a way of life. It is not a seasonal hobby, it's a lifestyle choice. It is not about being better than anyone else, it's about being better than the person you were yesterday. I offer help & guidance not only to my clients but to ANYONE who needs direction to behavior change. I offer the help or route they may need to change a behavior(s). I love being able to help others in their workouts, such as proper guidance on form & instruction on an exercise. I live to be in an atmosphere where there is nothing but positivity, hard work and good vibes. The environment I dream of working in would be high-energy, positive, fast-paced & beneficial to other people. My ultimate goal is to help others achieve the goal or goals, whatever they may be, to make them happy & confident about themselves. To make them feel good about themselves & finally at a place they've always dreamt of being. I love making people happy, laugh & feeling great about what they've done and worked for to see any type of progress.
