About Kellie Warner

I completed a legal nurse consulting course independently in 2014. My years of nursing experience stretch over 25 years with experiences in Med/Surg, Peds, OB, Labor & Delivery, OR, PACU, Same day surgery, Supervision, Utilization Review and currently Clinical Documentation Specialist with Quality Nurse Specialist dual role. I love reviewing charts and making sure the severity of illness and risk of mortality is being captured along with ensuring quality of care is provided to each patient. I became a Reigniting the Spirit of Care (RSC) facilitator in May 2017 and have loved the additional knowledge these courses have provided me. I’m passionate about self-care and feel strongly that it’s crucial in caring for others. My favorite part of these retreats are to share tools and ideas with others to help them manage, maneuver and address life and career obstacles. In August of 2021, I completed my MSN in Education to help advance my teaching/facilitating opportunities. I feel that my nursing experience within has prepared me to help share my knowledge and passion for healthcare and education with others.
