About Kelly Bennyhoff

A Human Resources leader with an emphasis in employee relations, performance management, training and development, succession planning, engagement, recruitment, selection, and retention. I have the ability to establish rapport and credibility with diverse groups and build diverse teams at all levels within an organization. Through excellent verbal and written communication and a commitment to fairness, honesty, integrity and a high level of confidentiality, I have had the great privilege to take on roles with increasing levels of responsibility within Stellantis over the past 10 years. Prior to being a Human Resources leader at Stellantis (formerly known as Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) I was a 2013 college athlete graduate from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. While attending Rider, I double majored in Human Resource Management and Management & Leadership and earned the Edward M. Durkin Prize in the School of Management. Throughout my college education, I had the opportunity to demonstrate leadership competencies in a variety of clubs and organizations as well as participate in philanthropic organizations. Through these experiences, I was awarded the President's Award by the Dean's of the University, recognizing me as member of the community who excelled in the classroom, in the community, and served others. This award is presented annually to one male and female from the graduating class.
